Client Solutions Manager, Auto Insurance

About the Role
GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class customer service to our Auto clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a designated portfolio of Auto clientele, building strong relationships and driving business retention.
- Review accounts at renewal, ensuring that coverage is tailored to meet the client's needs and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving the creation of quality leads and working with Account Executives to secure new business.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of the Auto insurance market.
About You
- You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- You are highly organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- You possess comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail and are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Auto insurance, ideally working in a brokerage environment.
- You hold FOI & IWS Certification, and Level 1 licensing is considered a strong asset for the role.
- You have knowledge of EPIC, which is an asset.
