Client Solutions Manager, Auto Insurance Expert

Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage, is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Auto Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through the policy renewal cycle, and resolving billing issues.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of clients, playing a critical role in business retention and building strong customer relationships.
- Review accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps to place coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives to bind clients.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and policy changes, consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow team members by providing reception backup, answering incoming calls, and connecting callers to the appropriate individual when needed.
- Provide a professional image by managing the reception area and greeting visitors as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in Auto insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- FOI & IWS Certification required.
- Level 1 licensing considered a strong asset for the role.
- CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations considered an asset for the role.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
