We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our Auto Insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Policy Management: Review and analyze client policies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Auto Insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Auto Insurance products and services, with the ability to analyze and interpret policy data.
- Certifications: FOI & IWS Certification required, Level 1 licensing considered a strong asset.
