We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Auto Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of clientele, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Review accounts at renewal, identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and improve client satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working closely with account executives to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product changes, ensuring you are always equipped to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to provide reception support, answering calls and connecting clients to the right person.
- 1-2 years of experience in Auto Insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- FOI & IWS Certification required.
- Level 1 licensing considered a strong asset for the role.
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designations considered an asset for the role.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
