Client Solutions Manager, Auto Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Auto clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of clientele, building strong relationships and driving business retention.
- Review accounts at renewal, ensuring seamless coverage and re-marketing opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, enhancing your knowledge and expertise in the field.
- Provide reception support, answering incoming calls and connecting clients to the right team members.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively to exceed client expectations.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You are able to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision, in a collaborative team environment.
- You have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- You are highly tech-savvy, with a strong ability to learn new systems and processes.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Auto insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- You hold FOI & IWS Certification and have a strong understanding of EPIC.
