We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at BRP.

**Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to lead our supply chain optimization efforts. As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory. You will propose solutions in collaboration with other departments, such as purchasing, engineering, or customs, to establish the best solution for the company.
You will analyze finished goods inventory, measuring the impact on warehouse space and manpower. You will identify and analyze budget requirements for various projects, prepare necessary documentation to present them, and ensure follow-up.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory
- Propose solutions in collaboration with other departments to establish the best solution for the company

**Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or another relevant field. You should have five to ten years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field. You should also have experience in project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and bilingual abilities in English and French (Spanish would be an asset).
