Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Lead to join our team at RED TIC.

About the Role:

The Product Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading Scrum Teams to ensure timely delivery of features within budget and quality, achieving customer satisfaction. This role involves participating in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration, coordination of release plans, and integration of testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protecting the Scrum team from external distractions, impediments, or conflicts, and maintaining focus on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external collaborators.
  • Regularly supervising and controlling metrics to meet project/product goals.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team.
  • Identifying and controlling project risks through prevention, mitigation, and contingency measures.
  • Coaching a continuous improvement mindset and recommending adjustments to established delivery practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Software/Computer Engineering (Bac+5).
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in the related field, demonstrating the responsibilities and required knowledge outlined above.
  • Experience with hardware development projects.
  • A technical Project Management background.
  • Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.
  • Served as a scrum master for agile development teams.
  • A consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel in presentation skills.
  • Understand the Product Lifecycle, including Agile development with hardware and software integration.

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
