Job Summary

BRP is seeking a skilled Logistics Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory. You will propose solutions in collaboration with other departments to establish the best solution for the company. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing finished goods inventory, measuring the impact on warehouse space and manpower, and identifying and analyzing budget requirements for various projects. You will also perform analyses to optimize costs related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and our warehousing capacity. Additionally, you will collaborate with local teams to find the best solution to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept and keep logistical knowledge up to date for electric vehicles. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory.
  • Propose solutions in collaboration with other departments to establish the best solution for the company.
  • Analyze finished goods inventory, measuring the impact on warehouse space and manpower.
  • Identify and analyze budget requirements for various projects.
  • Perform analyses to optimize costs related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and our warehousing capacity.
  • Collaborate with local teams to find the best solution to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept.
  • Keep logistical knowledge up to date for electric vehicles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or other relevant field.
  • Five to ten years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field.
  • Experience in project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual, both written and spoken, with an advanced level of English and French (Spanish would be an asset).
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Ability to communicate and synthesize complex information to a variety of audiences, building presentations. Ability to create executive presentations. Storytelling.
  • Sense of initiative and challenge, autonomy, structure, and rigor.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
  • Available to travel abroad: 3 to 4 times a year.
