About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our HOKA brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate as part of a dynamic team, cooperating to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring products are stocked and available for customers.
  • Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
  • Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
