Job Summary

Standard Aero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
    • Lead the integration of Salesforce across the organization, ensuring seamless data capture and reporting.
    • Provide regular sales and customer demand reports to leadership and facilities management.
    • Maintain high data accuracy and ensure ease of use for users.
  • Sales Operations
    • Track and report on sales leads and prospects, ensuring timely quote submissions.
    • Coordinate with business units and sales teams to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Forecasts
    • Provide ongoing sales forecasts to relevant personnel.
  • Market Share Analysis
    • Develop regular market share analysis for all product lines.
  • Contracts Pipeline
    • Own the bid process between Sales, Customer Programs, and Legal to ensure prioritization and execution of long-term programs.
  • Sales Compensation
    • Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally IT-related. Graduate degree (MBA) is an asset, but not required.

Reporting

  • The position reports to the Vice President – Marketing, within Standard Aero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
