Job Summary

Standard Aero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration across our global network of turbine engine overhaul facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the integration of our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless data capture and reporting across our organization.
  • Provide regular reports to our leadership team, tracking sales and customer demand versus induction capacity.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our CRM system, scrubbing data as required and policing menu item lists to ensure ease of use.
  • Support user requests for data, including targeted marketing campaigns and strategic planning purposes.
  • Plan for and maintain the currency of our database, coordinating with our IT division and third-party vendors as required.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure Standard Aero secures the best value for money relating to our investment in the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role, with delivered and sustainable results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of our total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in our organization.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally IT-related. Graduate degree (MBA) is an asset, but not required.

Reporting

  • The position reports to the Vice President – Marketing, within Standard Aero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
