Job Summary

StandardAero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our CRM initiatives, driving sales operations, and providing forecasts to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the sales operations team to track and report on sales leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular forecasts to sales teams to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Develop and maintain market share analysis for all product lines at the global, area, and regional level.
  • Own the bid process to ensure prioritization and execution of long-term programs opportunities.
  • Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role with delivered and sustainable results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.

Reporting

The position reports to the Vice President – Marketing, within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
