Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and development to improve their skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance.
