Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and objectives, actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities, and providing ongoing training and development to improve skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance.
