Operational Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Lloyds Bank plc. As a key member of our Business Continuity and Operational Resilience team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the continuity of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: You will work closely with our business units to develop and implement business continuity plans that align with our risk management framework.
- Provide Operational Resilience Oversight: You will provide oversight and challenge to our business units to ensure they have effective operational resilience plans in place.
- Support Risk Management: You will support our risk management team in identifying and assessing risks to our business operations.
- Develop and Maintain Policies and Procedures: You will develop and maintain policies and procedures related to business continuity and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with our stakeholders, including business units, risk management, and compliance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience: You will have experience in business continuity and operational resilience, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: You will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all aspects of your work.
