Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Lloyds Bank plc. As a key member of our Operational Resilience team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing business continuity strategies to ensure the resilience of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Continuity Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business continuity plans that align with our risk management framework.
  • Manage Operational Resilience Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational resilience risks that could impact our business operations.
  • Provide Risk Management Expertise: Offer risk management expertise to business units and functional teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage operational resilience risks.
  • Support Incident Management: Collaborate with incident management teams to ensure effective incident response and recovery.
  • Develop and Maintain Risk Policies: Develop and maintain risk policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on operational resilience risks and business continuity performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity: Proven experience in operational resilience and business continuity, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong Risk Management Skills: Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational resilience risks.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
