Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in West End, Canada. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front office or customer service role and possess a strong knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
