Chief Marketing Officer for Business Growth

We're seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to drive business growth at Float Financial Solutions Inc.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives;
- Owning the customer acquisition funnel from awareness to activation, optimizing each stage to improve conversion rates;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and strategize on shared channel strategies;
- Designing and running A/B tests and growth experiments across channels (email, ads, landing pages, etc.) to identify the most effective tactics for acquiring customers;
- Identifying and leveraging affiliates and referral marketing opportunities to increase brand exposure and drive customer acquisition;
- Brainstorming, prioritizing, and methodically testing new and creative channels and tactics;
- Tracking and analyzing key growth metrics and using data to continuously optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact;
- Working within Hubspot and with Revenue Operations and Data Science teams to set up operational workflows that are key for success.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B environment focused on PLG motions;
- A deep understanding of the SMB market and an experimental mindset;
- The ability to operate at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- A strong work ethic and passion for innovation;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A bachelor's degree (though not required).
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
