Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief People Officer to drive strategic growth within our organization. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people and culture strategy.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the following critical areas:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier talent, manage seamless onboarding, and champion DEI efforts.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, promote a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace, and advocate for company culture.
  • Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and advise senior leadership on strategy and planning.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluations and lead training curriculums and programs to address skills gaps and support career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and employee needs.
  • HR Systems & Data: Maintain HR systems (HRIS, ATS), ensure accurate personnel records, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience in creative agencies or fast-paced environments, with strong recruitment expertise.
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and G-Suite tools, with strong data and reporting capabilities.
  • Agile, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous time off.
