Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at THT PROPERTIES LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and functional, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to telephone and electronic inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide support for employees with disabilities, including providing awareness training and creating a welcoming work environment.
  • Recruit and provide support for newcomers and refugees, including providing diversity and cross-cultural training.
  • Provide support for Indigenous people, including providing cultural competency training and awareness training.
  • Support for mature workers, including providing awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for visible minorities, including applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination and providing diversity and cross-cultural training.

Requirements


  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
