Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CGM LAWYERS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Supervising and Supporting Colleagues: Supervise and support other workers as needed to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Minute Taking and Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Reception and Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas as needed.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Document Preparation and Proofreading: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
