About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' suite of products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers across the country to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services, promoting and recommending the latest products and services.
  • Manage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy customer expectations.
  • Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs while providing solutions.
  • Create a need by educating customers on products and services, executing business strategy to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Meet key performance indicators and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer care, retention, inbound sales, or outbound sales is an asset.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain confidentiality.
