Job Title: Parts and Service Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our team at Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting aftermarket sales opportunities within a defined customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products and support
  • Perform gap analysis on existing fleet to identify sales opportunities
  • Audit and update fleet by quarter
  • Participate as a key member in an account or sales team
  • Assess customers' total potential with Sandvik Mining products by performing opportunity analysis by customer and site
  • Liaise with the customer on aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Responsible for achievement of agreed targets
  • Customer KPI development, focusing on productivity and reliability as a company value proposition
  • Stay current with industry developments affecting sales and customers

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or two-year college diploma
  • 4+ years of heavy industry/mining industry sales experience, technical knowledge is key in this role
  • Previous knowledge or experience with Sandvik products would be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical/data analysis skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience would be an asset
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Local and domestic travel up to 50%
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
