About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Parts & Service Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting aftermarket sales opportunities, analyzing existing fleet for sales potential, and participating in sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze existing fleet to identify sales potential and develop strategies to capitalize on it
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Assess customers' potential with Sandvik products and develop tailored sales approaches
  • Resolve aftermarket issues with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or college diploma in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in heavy industry sales, preferably with a focus on equipment sales
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry
  • Knowledge of Sandvik products and services is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in computer software and technology, including CRM systems
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
