About the Opportunity...
You'll play a vital role in performing various duties related to selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer experiences. Specifically:
- Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets.
- Serve as the liaison between the dealership and customers during vehicle purchasing processes.
- Create compelling sales pitches to exceed expectations.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and wants, tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements.
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to showcase the vehicles' capabilities.
About You...
We're seeking ideal candidates with a strong background and proven experience in sales, particularly in automotive and/or dealership environments. Requirements include:
- 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack).
- OMVIC license in good standing and a clean Drivers Abstract.
- The ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and attention to detail.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, working independently with minimal supervision.
- A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for excellence in execution.
