Our flexible approach focuses on delivering results. As a Sales Performance Representative - Virtual Business Development, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

This involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our services to businesses across various sizes and industries. You'll engage in direct interaction with decision-makers, requiring strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how Teleperformance's services can meet specific client needs.

The role offers an Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000, with potential for bonuses up to 20% above base pay.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Google Product knowledge, including Google Cloud & Digital Media
  • Outgoing and confident phone sales with excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong desire to meet productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task targets
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and compose proposals
  • Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management)

You will engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, assess needs, and generate new business opportunities. You'll also explain our services and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.

In addition, you'll lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
