Purpose:
The Program Support Assistant provides administrative and client support in the Professional Learning Unit, under the direction of the Manager, Professional Learning. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Manager, Professional Learning
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals
Requirements:
• High-school diploma with some customer service and administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
