About the Program

Canadian Tire Corporation's Finance Associate Analyst Rotational Program is a two-year program designed for recent graduates who are passionate about finance and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of Canadian Tire's finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data analytics, cost-benefit analysis, and financial planning. They will also have the chance to develop their skills in Microsoft Excel and Access, and work with a talented team of finance professionals who are dedicated to helping the company achieve its business objectives.

What You'll Do

As a Finance Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various business units across the company. You will work closely with finance professionals to develop financial plans, analyze data, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

To be eligible for the program, you must have a degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, or Management Analytics, and be a recent graduate with a strong academic record. You should also have excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
