About the Role

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Advisor to join its People and Culture team. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this role will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to internal clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to internal clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Manage HR data in various HR systems
  • Oversee document management for HR processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a post-secondary education in administration or business, with a focus in HR, and a minimum of 2+ years of HR coordinator/administrator experience. You will also have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and fluent communication skills in both English and French.
