Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Virtual Business Advisor to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our remote team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique business and financial needs, providing tailored guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and existing clients via phone and video to address business needs and service requests.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations through discovery conversations, promoting digital banking options and cross-selling products based on suitability.
  • Assess and prepare concise analysis for credit submissions, ensuring compliance with policies and collaborating with partners on credit and risk issues.
  • Build strong internal relationships with Banking Centers and other teams to ensure seamless client experience and support back-end validation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or client service role, in a financial or Client Contact Center environment.
  • Proficient in business products, services, and credit analysis, including lending, cash management, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of information, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
