Academic Operations Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Operations Strategist to join our team at NAIT. As a key member of our Academic Operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive operational excellence across our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainable and actionable recommendations to improve operational processes and procedures.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to academic program leaders on operational strategies and processes.
- Lead and prepare resourcing processes to support the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement principles and strategies for consistency and accountability.
- Assist with planning and implementing strategic enrollment initiatives to drive student success.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of academic operations' year-over-year critical path.
- Coordinate with program chairs, staff, and administrative functions to create smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor progress and adjust operational plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Related post-secondary diploma (i.e. Business) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years related experience in operational excellence, business process improvement, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
