About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Operations Specialist to join our team at NAIT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and support to academic departments on operational matters
  • Develop and implement sustainable operational processes and practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective operations decisions
  • Lead and prepare resourcing processes
  • Monitor progress and adjust operational plans
Requirements
  • Related post-secondary diploma (i.e. Business)
  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
