We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Moncton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the office team, including coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Manage accurate and up-to-date filing systems and office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using data and information to inform decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
