Account Manager Opportunity
Häfele is a global leader in hardware solutions and innovation, serving the furniture, kitchen cabinet, architectural millwork, and hospitality industries.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager in Southwestern Ontario, specifically covering the regions of London, Windsor, Sarnia, Brantford, and surrounding areas.
This role focuses on growing revenue, profitability, and introducing new products to existing and potential customers.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territories to drive sales growth. You will demonstrate value-added solutions with existing customers and introduce Häfele to new ones.
You will actively engage with kitchen manufacturers, showrooms, millworkers, cabinet shops, closet and organization companies, builders, and contractors to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and applications through initial training and ongoing learning agility.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed established sales targets and expand Häfele's market share.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects, being responsive to their evolving business needs.
- Build long-term, productive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with internal support departments to enrich customer experience.
- Represent Häfele with professionalism at all times, aligned with our core values.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in building products, furniture, or architectural hardware. A sustained level of sales achievement selling a range of products is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and planning skills, be able to effectively utilize CRM, and have experience using Microsoft programs.
What We Offer:
Häfele offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
