Salary

$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

This temporary, full-time position involves providing general day-to-day desktop/systems support to the IT department. You will work closely with other team members to respond to and resolve IT support requests and incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong foundation in computer science or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with user account administration and privilege management
