Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at the Teen Resource Centre. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and coordination of allied integrated health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and expertise to interdisciplinary service providers
  • Collaborate in problem-solving clinical cases and provide interventions, programs, resources, and literature
  • Support team members in areas of peer support, youth care work, care navigation, counseling, and other support services
  • Oversee daily workflow for walk-in and drop-in services, clinical and non-clinical pathways of services, and allied health services
  • Provide clinical support and supervision for walk-in counseling
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work or related field with 5-10 years of experience in clinical specialty area
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and directly with youth
  • Experience with effective stakeholder mobilization, leading teams, and/or initiatives
  • Primary care experience an asset
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hour workweek
  • Flexible work schedules may be required
  • Travel within the province and service region is required
  • Access to reliable transportation necessary
