Patient and Clinic Care Coordinator

We are a busy multidisciplinary clinic in St. Albert seeking a **Patient and Clinic Care Coordinator**.
Revive Whole Body Health strives to provide expert evidence based & wellness care in a multidisciplinary setting with chiropractic, physiotherapy and registered massage therapy.
**Job Summary**:Complete clinic and patient care duties (greeting, arriving patients, sending patients to appropriate rooms, room management, answering phones, completing patient recalls, billing and reconciling duties, booking and light cleaning, among other duties).
**Available Hours**: Availability for dayshifts (7-3) and some evening shifts (2-7:30 pm)
- Must be able to demonstrate strong **customer service** skills
- Having a knowledge of **Jane software** or other similar health care billing/management software is an asset
- Have prior **chiropractic or physiotherapy experience**:
- **Third party billing portal experience** for example Sun Life, Blue Cross, Telus Health, Provider Connect
- Some flexibility with hours
**Skills**:
- Able to Multitask**: Maintain the flow of a high volume clinic including: room turnovers, incoming and outgoing patients, answering calls and appropriate billing tasks
- **Adaptable**: Balance the needs of the clinic, practitioners and patients as they arise by changing your priority list on the go
- **Detail oriented** and excited about **outcome based problem solving**:
- Demonstrated history of taking **initiative and can apply** to completing daily tasks
- Knowledge or interest in **chiropractic, physiotherapy or massage**:
- Knowledge of **social media platforms** is an asset
- **Strong communicatio**n skills
- Able to work **individually and collaboratively**
