About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to contribute to our sales growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct account research and position the platform appropriately as part of the initial outreach to prospects. Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers.
  • Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and effectively position Prospecta's solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive product demonstrations and discussions.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Support the overall sales strategy by staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Keep up with product information and updates.
