Sales Role Summary

We seek a proactive Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to contribute to our sales growth. The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and nurture potential customers through lead generation, customer engagement, and inside sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct account research and position the platform appropriately as part of the initial outreach to prospects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
  • Experience in generating enterprise deals in the European and US markets.
