- Implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue retention and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and management to develop long-term account strategies.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the organizational structure and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to accurately forecast and achieve new orders and revenue goals.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Technology, Business Marketing, etc.).
- 5-7 years of technical sales experience within the industrial/commercial/automotive industries.
- Extensive senior-level experience in technical sales across multiple states or territories.
- Understanding of emission control technologies, such as catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters (DPFs), selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and other emission reduction systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
