Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager at The Home Depot Canada, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the Back End Operations team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and safe delivery of merchandise to the sales floor, minimize shrink, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop associates to meet business needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate store and company objectives to associates and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
