About the Role

Pioneer Gas is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning tasks, hiring and training employees, and managing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assign tasks and duties to staff, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management
  • Sell merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues under pressure, including supply shortages and customer requests
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced retail environment
  • Occasional heavy lifting and standing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
