About the Role:
  • This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • As a Retail Store Manager, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, handling returns and exchanges, and addressing any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • In addition, you will be expected to prepare regular sales reports, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
