Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a Rental Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental agency, ensuring that our retail business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working effectively to meet our sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and purchase new inventory to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring that our stock levels are always adequate.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage the work schedules of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Resolve Issues: Address any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate records of our inventory levels, ensuring that we always have the right products in stock.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working effectively to meet our sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Rural area, Rental agency, Retail business
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
