- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, sales processing, and inventory control, ensuring accurate financial reporting and minimizing losses.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and guests, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with our operations and policies.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient in cash handling, sales processing, and inventory control.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a full-time winter seasonal position, with the possibility of summer employment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
