Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure new inventory to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring that our stock levels are always optimal.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and reliable service.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that our stock levels are always optimal.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Rural area, rental agency, retail business
- Supervision: 3-4 people, retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
