Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in ensuring that fresh food and a complete menu choice are available throughout the service period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior chefs in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the food service team to develop clear communication and liaison between the two areas
  • Participate in the promotion of the department's aim to meet and exceed the expectations of all guests

Requirements:

  • A good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • 1-2 years of previous experience of large-volume catering to consistently high standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic food hygiene certification or other equivalent qualifications
  • Basic health and safety certifications or other equivalent qualifications will be an asset
