About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at BrokerLink. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals and driving business growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of insurance professionals
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with management and peers to develop and implement business plans
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of insurance professionals
  • Ensure quality of service meets expected standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners
Requirements
  • Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Experience leading in a hybrid environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong team player and collaborator
  • College or university degree in a related field or commensurate work experience
