About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Personal Insurance team in Ottawa-Cyrville, Eastern Ontario Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a highly engaged team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of insurance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage branch-level operating and expense budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • College or university degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
