About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at BrokerLink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth in our Ottawa-Cyrville office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor branch-level operating and expense budgets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and make informed decisions.
  • College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
